The Colors and Street Art of Oaxaca, Mexico

We took a group to Oaxaca, Mexico, just before the Pandemic in early 2020. What a colorful place it is. We made the most of Oaxaca City, itself, visiting markets, a chocolate cooperative, museums and eating at some great restaurants. We also went out of the city to visit a women’s weaving cooperative and see pottery and animal painting demonstrations.

In the end, it is the colors of Oaxaca that leave the largest impression and we wanted to share some of them with you in this video we made. Do enjoy.

We have another trip planned to Oaxaca in January 2024. We’ll do many of the same fun things while also working on our Spanish. Rather than sitting in a classroom, we’ll bring our Spanish teacher with us for all of our activities and we’ll learn along the way.
